A $50 deposit secures your child's enrollment in the Avalon Children's Theatre program. Tuition balances are due by the first day of class. In the event that you enroll multiple children in an ACT program, you will receive a 10% discount.

During the course of the Avalon’s performing arts programs, photographs may be taken and video and sound recordings may be made. By accepting these terms and conditions you give permission to the Avalon Foundation to photograph and/or record your child/ward and/or your child’s/ward’s voice on still photographs, motion picture film, audiotape and/or videotape, and to use this material, in whole or in part, through the media of television, film, internet, multi-media presentation, radio, audiotape, videotape, or in printed form or display form, for the promotion of the Avalon Foundation and its programs. You, on your behalf and on behalf of your child/ward, assign and transfer to the Avalon Foundation any and all rights, including copyright, which you may have or your child/ward may have in this material.
In the event that you do not give such permission as described above, you must provide written documentation of your denial by the first day of the program.
You acknowledge that you understand that the Avalon Foundation does not provide any type of insurance, including liability or medical coverage for students who participate in performing arts programs beyond its general liability insurance.
You have consulted with your physician and verify that your child/ward is medically fit to participate in a performing arts programs.
As a condition of your child’s/ward’s participation in performing arts programs, you agree to waive all claims against the Avalon Foundation, and to indemnify and hold its officers, agents, contractors, and employees, harmless from any and all liability or claims you may have against the Avalon Foundation, or that any other person or entity may have against the Avalon Foundation, because of any death, bodily injury, personal injury, or illness, or because of any loss to property that may arise out of, or in any way be connected with, participation in the above described program. This waiver shall not apply to any occurrence which may arise solely out of the gross negligence of the Avalon Foundation, its officers, employees, contractors, or agents.
In case of injury or serious illness to the enrolled student, you agree that the Avalon staff will immediately notify the parent/guardian and/or the emergency contact person. If no one can be reached, you authorize the Avalon staff to seek medical assistance and treatment for your child/ward as needed.
