He is a well-recognized mental health expert and advocate who comes to us from Australia to share his insights and experiences of working across the mental health field for well over ten years. Matt continues to create global platforms of communication to bring awareness, acceptance, education, and connection within communities to overcome the stigma and effects of suicide.

Through his rediscovery of hope visible in the kindness of others, Matt found his passion and purpose when he wholeheartedly pursued the creation of Mindfull Aus at the age of 24. Since devoting himself to advocacy full-time, Matt has delivered over 1,200 speeches and keynotes, workshops, and events across Australia, Canada, and America.

LIMITED COPIES OF MATT’S REFLECTION JOURNAL WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE FOR $25 IN CASH OR VIA PAYPAL. HIS BOOK NO BODY CAN SAVE ME IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON AMAZON.

Nobody Can Save Me is the powerful new dialogue around mental health that we’ve been waiting for! It bridges theory with straight-talking, lived-experience and presents real insight and applied action for people struggling and those who care for them: parents, schoolteachers, coaches, bosses, mentors. Let’s get talking!

May is observed as Mental Health Awareness Month. It was initiated by Mental Health America in 1949 to raise awareness of the importance of mental health and wellness in the lives of Americans and to celebrate recovery from mental illness. Children's Mental Health Awareness Week 2024, is May 5 – May 11. This week aims to spread awareness about the significance of children's mental health and highlight the importance of positive mental health in a child's healthy development.
